I just read the latest news about Amtel Hotel in downtown Fort Myers sold for $13.5M    This is great news for the health of downtown Fort Myers's River District.  I was told that it took this courageous and persistent developer 18 months to negotiate this deal.  This of course is great news for the owners of  high-rises in downtown Fort Myers.
